Okay, so let's clear something up here: I am not a developer. Am I open to becoming one? Absolutely, especially if that means I can still bring products to market. Sure, I've vibe-coded a few projects to make my life easier. I'm grateful to have worked super closely with the engineers in every startup I've joined and each time I pick-up something exciting to read about or watch YouTube videos on to learn in more detail. Examples include: the benefits of kubernetes (which inspired an office lunch-and-learn called "coffee & k8s" for my team), or the tokenomics behind an AI factory (which inspired a podcast-style webinar I co-presented with one of our engineers). I suppose what I'm trying to get at is that working at PostHog would be an opportunity to embrace something I've been passionate about for years, and apply my own PMM skill set to complement the work that the team is already driving. I ship fast, I stay open-minded, I encourage feedback, I value accountability and own up to my mistakes. From what I've read on the website, it looks like the PostHog team does too.
